Shipping & Returns

I currently only ship to the UK.

Charges are as follows unless specified differently on the product listings. Please carefully review each product listing for shipping category.

£2.50 per order for small items (eg mini paintings, greetings cards)

£3.95 per order for larger items (eg teatowels and A4 art/prints)

Shipping for framed pieces and larger one off artworks will be specified on the individual product listing.

If you are local you can select “local pick up” at checkout and collect your items from me directly to save postage. I will email you my address once you have placed an order.

I will personally pack and post all orders from my home studio.

I will aim to post your order within 7 days of when your order is placed via the website, however, I will always try to post orders sooner than this.

I will put a notice on my website if I am on holiday and there will be a delay in any orders being processed and posted.

Art prints and greetings cards will be posted in a hard backed envelope by 1st class Royal Mail. Tea towels will be packaged securely and posted by 1st class Royal Mail.

Any other items will be packaged and posted appropriately.

I am not responsible for any delays once the item has been posted.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as I cannot replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days with a photo so I can help resolve it.

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order and return the items. They must be in the same condition as when they were posted and must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for the return costs unless the item is damaged.

Any returned items will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt.

Due to their unique nature, any custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
