Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are no longer able to attend your booked session, please contact me as soon as possible — either via the Contact form on this website or by replying to your welcome email (if you have received one).

You are welcome to move your booking to a different workshop date, or transfer your place to someone else.

If your session is more than 4 weeks away, I may be able to offer a refund.

If your plans change at short notice due to unavoidable circumstances, please just get in touch and we can discuss the options.‍ ‍

If you do not attend your booked session without contacting me in advance, the session is non‑refundable.

Workshop Terms & Conditions

  • Attendees must be over 18 years of age.

  • Each session has a maximum of 6 attendees unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full when booking a session via my online store.

  • Each workshop lasts about 2.5 hours but I can be flexible up to 3 hours if you are mid masterpiece!

  • All materials including paper, canvases, tote bags (where appropriate), paint, inks, pens etc are included.

  • Aprons are provided, but please avoid wearing your best clothes.

  • I will tidy up the studio at the end of the workshop so you are free to head home with your creations (obviously any offers of help are appreciated).

  • Some artwork may not be fully dry by the end of the session. If needed, I can keep pieces on the drying racks for later collection. Delivery or postage may be possible — please speak to me when booking or during the workshop.

  • This is not a formal taught art lesson. It is an opportunity in a safe, welcoming space to take time for yourself and explore your creativity. As they say, it is as much about the journey as what is created. I will be at each workshop to provide inspiration and guidance and will begin each session with an overview of the workshop subject and the materials we will be using.

  • I will not be responsible or take any liability for any damage you make to your own clothes during the workshops, i.e. any paint you get on your clothes. I can provide cleaning solution but you use this at your own risk.

  • The materials used are standard, widely available products. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please let me know before booking so we can discuss options. I cannot accept liability for any irritation or allergic reactions that occur during or after the workshop.

  • Any work you create is your own and I will not reproduce or copy it without your express written permission. This includes any photos taken during the workshop that may be used on my website or social media platforms.

  • Likewise any work I produce during our sessions may not be copied or reproduced without my express written permission.

  • If you have accessibility needs, please contact me before booking so I can ensure the workshop is suitable.

  • Please follow all safety guidance provided during the workshop.

  • I reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour disrupts the workshop or makes others feel unsafe.

  • I am not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.

  • I may take photos during the workshop for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let me know at the start of the session.

  • If you arrive late, the workshop will still finish at the scheduled time.

  • I am fully insured and a copy of my insurance is displayed at my studio. Please contact me if you wish to review a copy in advance.
